Love the Red Beret Hotel. A beautiful venue that's always immaculately maintained. Seamlessly combining an old world traditional pub with modern facilities and technology. There's the traditional bar where you go for a beer and a yarn and a great restaurant and deck out back. Pokies and kids room as well as big screens to watch the sport, a well stocked drive through bottle shop and great value meals that are always generous and cooked to perfection. There's also a courtesy bus so you can enjoy a brew or two and get home safely.

Haven’t been for a while because the last meal we had was not good. Thought we would give it another go. Roast of day was ordinary. I like salt but they must have a heap of it at its use by date. Gravy was basically salty glue. Extra star because the staff are nice.

Staff are nice and friendly however the lunch was terrible, all meals on our table was over cooked, roast of the day all looked dark brown which looked like it was deep fried not roasted. Place is great for a drink but go elsewhere if you want a decent meal.

I love the parmagedon Thursdays. Always enjoy my New Yorker crumbed steak parmigiana. Except I changed to chicken tonight. Not good. My husband tried New Yorker crumbed steak for the first time. Looked fantastic. Moist plenty of topping. Yes it looked great. Our friend had classic parmi chicken breast snitzel. Looked great. Large breast in one piece. Well covered in topping. Mine 2 small pieces of dry chicken. Topping on one but not really on the other dried piece. Even the serving lad said something about mine being grilled a bit much. I ate it so disappointed I’d ordered chicken. Looked at other meals being delivered to other tables. Mine looked like leftovers from a previous patron. SOoOo VERY DISAPPOINTED with my meal tonight. Especially as my meal seemed to be the worst of the night 😠

We enjoy going to the Red Beret for the Trivia, Caitlin does an amazing job! Unfortunately we have been a couple of times where there’s been a different host, she is not the best and honestly ruins the trivia experience. Keep Caitlin on always!
